Peter Scazzero learned the hard way: you can't be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. Even though he was the pastor of a growing church, he did what most people do--avoid conflict in the name of Christianity; ignore his anger, sadness, and fear; use God to run from God; and live without boundaries.
Eventually God awakened him to a biblical integration of emotional health and the spiritual practice of slowing down and quieting your life for to experience a firsthand relationship with Jesus. It created nothing short of a spiritual revolution in Scazzero, in his church, and now in thousands of other churches.
In this updated edition, Scazzero shares new stories and principles as he outlines his journey and the signs of emotionally unhealthy spirituality. Then he provides seven biblical, reality-tested steps to become emotionally mature:

This class will meet every Monday for eight weeks with the exception of two dates.
The class will NOT meet on September 16th and October 21st
Vive Kids Wednesdays
Vive Kids will meet on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm. We want our kids to bury God's word in their hearts and discover their true identity in Christ! We'll have fun games and activities to help memorize scripture, teach the kids how to use the Bible to answer their questions, and understand who God says they are! Doors will open at 6:15pm for some extra fellowship time for the kids. We'll meet for 12 weeks on Wednesday nights.
Ages Toddler-5th Grade.

Oasis (RevYTH)
We are returning to Oasis this year and we are so excited! We invite 6th-12th graders to join us November 1-3 for a powerful and fun weekend to take a break from the world in the middle of a busy semester and re-focus on Jesus.

CIY MOVE 2024
This Summer, Rev YTH is returning to CIY MOVE in Warrensburg, Missouri! CIY describes MOVE as "a 5-day summer event designed for high school students to know Jesus better, deepen their relationships, and to be sent out to do Kingdom Work"
This year we are returning to the University of Central Missouri July 15-19 with our high school students (incoming freshmen through graduated seniors) to dive into this year's theme, "The Rest of Your Life", which will focus on Matthew 11:28-30

Saturday, June 15th at 10:30a Revival Men are getting together for worship and community. Lunch will be provided. We will plan to be both inside and outside.

Passover at Revival
Join us Sunday, April 21st at 5pm for a Passover meal at Revival Christian Church!
We'll be gathering together to share worship, teaching, and most importantly a fellowship meal together. This will be a family-friendly event, and we hope you'll bring the entire family!
During this time we'll be exploring the festival of Passover, it's deep prophetic meaning, and what it means today as modern day Christians even 2000 years later. We hope this time together will give us a fresh revelation into the life, death, and resurrection of our Passover lamb, Jesus!
The food for the evening will be catered or prepared for you, so RSVPs are due by *APRIL 14th*

Good Friday Service
Revival is hosting a night of worship and prayer at the Nebraska Chinese Association. This will be an open house style event. Stop by for an hour or stay for the entire night. As we prepare for Easter Sunday we want to posture our hearts in a way that honors, reflects on and celebrates what Jesus did on the cross. Worship will start at 7p. *No childcare available, but kids are welcome to be a part of the worship night!

The event is FREE but we ask that you bring a breakfast item (if you'll be there for morning session, we'll coordinate prior so we don't end up with 15 boxes of donuts) AND a snack item to share throughout the day! Lunch will be provided!

ViveKids Fall Kick Off (RESCHEDULED)
Due to the rain in the forecast, we're going to move ViveKids Fall KickOff at Nelson Produce Farm to FRIDAY Oct. 27th at 5pm (instead of Saturday). We will still have a fire pit with hot dogs, chips, and smores! Friday is also Barnyard Boo at the farm. Kids are encouraged to wear their costumes to trick or treat around the farm and participate in the costume contests. Come join us for a fun night at Nelson Produce Farm!!

Wilderness | Middle School Camp
This year we are excited to announce our first ever middle school exclusive camp! We will be staying at Camp Rivercrest from the evening of Friday, August 11 and staying through the end of the day Saturday, August 12. This is a great opportunity for middle school students (incoming, current, and outgoing) to have fun, build relationships, and most importantly, draw nearer to Christ!Throughout the weekend students will engage with interactive teachings and discussions, worship, games, and more, all based around the theme of "WILDERNESS". We hope to see your middle school student there!
CIY MOVE 2023
CIY MOVE is a 5-day event for high school students that helps them know Jesus better, deepens their relationships, and sends them home ready to do Kingdom Work. This year we will be attending at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO from July 17-21.
